Record-Keeping And Age Statement

This statement explains how AdultPorn TV treats record-keeping for the adults who appear in its porn videos. The site is meant for adults, and every performer shown must be an adult, in studio productions and in amateur recordings.Videos reach the site from outside producers, and the site relies on the age and identity records those producers are required by law to keep. A video that falls short of that standard is taken down. Anyone who doubts a performer's age can write to the site, and such a report is dealt with before any other mail. This statement describes how the site works and does not replace the records held by the original producers. Reports about a performer go to abuse@adultporn.tv.
